About
![]() Online 2007 |
I’m a lecturer in library & information studies with a background working in law and health libraries. My research interests include cataloguing, organisation of information, historical bibliography and evidence-based medicine. I’m also very interested in narrative perspective and in poetry. |
This webspace collates my books, articles and conference papers, and includes posts on RDA, MARC and Knowledge Organisation, as well as information studies more widely.
This blog is my personal space, and the views and opinions expressed within it are solely my own. They should not be seen to be representative of my employer, academic department, publisher, or of anyone else connected to me.
That said, quotations and sources will always be attributed to their originator and any posts written or co-written by someone else always include an explicit author statement.
This blog is aggregated by the CILIP Members Blog Landscape.

… and by Planet Cataloging.

Posts on peer-reviewed research are contributed to Research Blogging.
